General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Purchase Conditions:

⦁ The Shop contains detailed information about the goods, such as their description, price, and availability data from providers.
⦁ The price stated in € (EUR) and displayed on the product at the time of the order is final and binding, including VAT, but excluding shipping costs.
⦁ To place an order, the buyer must either fill out and submit the online order form on the Shop website or register via the registration form in the Shop, log in as a registered user, and proceed with the purchase of the selected products.
⦁ Once the delivery and payment method are selected, the buyer will be informed of the total value of the contract.
⦁ If the buyer is a consumer purchasing goods not directly related to their business, the seller will send an email notification within two business days after order confirmation and verification of the buyer's identity and provided data. The email contains comprehensive order information, including ordered goods and quantities, unit price, total contract price, details of applicable taxes, payment method, delivery costs, and confirmation requirements.

⦁ For registered users in the Shop who log into their accounts during the online purchase process, a confirmation email with similar information will be sent.
⦁ If the customer is not a consumer, a basic email notification about the order will be sent to the specified address.
⦁ The final confirmation of an order placed by the buyer constitutes an offer to enter into a purchase agreement.
⦁ The purchase agreement is concluded when the seller accepts the order.
⦁ The seller will inform the buyer who confirmed the order about the acceptance of the order by sending an email to the specified address.

Payment:

Payment for the ordered goods can be made in the following ways:

a) Direct bank transfer
b) Online payment by credit card
c) Payments via PayPal
d) Payment via Revolut Pay

Online payment via a payment card company supports the following eCard payment methods:

Credit cards:
• Visa
• Visa Electron
• MasterCard
• MasterCard Electronic

The seller reserves the right to make individual agreements with you and offer other payment methods in addition to the methods listed in Section 3, paragraph 1.


For certain goods, the seller may exclude some of the procurement and payment methods for the order.

Companies within the European Union with an active VAT identification number can purchase goods at net prices. To use this option, create an account and provide the EU VAT identification number via email before placing an order. After logging in, product prices will be displayed without VAT on your EU account.

Delivery of Goods:

The delivery of the goods to the buyer can take place in the following ways:

  • By courier service to the address specified by the buyer when ordering.
  • By personal pickup by the buyer or an authorized person at the seller's location.

The approximate price list for shipping costs can be found on the product card on the shop website https://vwmodul.de/

When ordering, the buyer is always shown the approximate cost amount for the delivery of the selected goods to the specified address.

For orders delivered outside of Hungary, especially outside the European Union, the buyer may choose one of the three payment methods after receiving the confirmation with information on the total value of the contract, including delivery costs but excluding additional customs duties:

  • Direct bank transfer to the seller's account.
  • Electronic payment with a credit card (processed via the eCard online payment system).
  • Electronic payment with a PayPal account.

As soon as the payment has been received or verified via electronic payment systems (eCard SA or PayPal), the seller will make the agreed goods available to the courier for delivery to the specified address.

Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer or the authorized person is obliged to carefully check the packaging and the external condition of the goods.

Complaints and Returns:

  1. The seller cannot be held liable for delays or non-delivery of the ordered goods resulting from incorrect or inaccurate address information provided by the buyer.

  2. Buyers from the European Union have the right to terminate the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date in accordance with Art. 27 of the Act of May 30, 2014, on the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products (Journal of Laws of 2000 No. 22, item 271, as amended).

  3. Buyers from the European Union have the right to return purchased goods within 14 days of the delivery date without giving reasons.

  4. Both the withdrawal mentioned in § 5 paragraph 2 and the return of purchased goods according to § 3 paragraph 5 are only possible if the goods are intact, including their original packaging.

  5. The amount paid for the purchased goods will be refunded to the buyer within 14 days after the seller has received the refund. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited directly to the buyer's card.

  6. Complaints due to transport damage or non-compliance with the order of the purchased goods must be reported to the seller within 3 days after the delivery date.

  7. All complaints will be processed within 14 working days from the date of written receipt by the seller. For complaints related to goods purchased under https://vwmodul.com/, the presentation of a proof of purchase for the defective goods is required. The seller has 14 working days from receipt of the advertised goods to respond to the complaint. The costs for returning the goods are borne by the advertiser and the costs for delivering these goods to the claimant (after acceptance of the complaint) are borne by the seller.

  8. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without incurring costs, with the exception of the additional costs incurred by the consumer if they choose a different standard delivery than the cheapest one offered by the seller, and the direct costs for returning goods (shipping of goods) in cases where the goods, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by mail. The shipping costs of these goods to the advertiser (after acceptance of the complaint) are borne by the seller.

  9. Both in the case of the return of the goods due to a withdrawal and in the case of a recognized complaint, the refund includes the cost of the goods in the amount that the buyer paid when ordering the product, as well as the costs of the cheapest shipping method offered by the seller, regardless of the shipping method chosen by the buyer.

  10. If the seller does not respond to the buyer's complaint within 14 working days, calculated according to the provisions of § 5.pt 7, it is assumed that the complaint was appropriately accepted by the seller.

  11. Products specifically ordered for the customer that are not in stock and whose specified delivery time is more than 24 hours are excluded from refunds.

  12. The rules for returning goods do not apply to sales outside the European Union. Please consider your purchases carefully.
