DELIVERY

It is important to note the one-day international shipping that our contracted delivery partner - provides and guarantees. All items purchased from us are guaranteed next-day delivery within Europe if the order arrives by noon (GMT) the day before delivery. This means that all you have to do is decide when you would like to receive the item you have ordered and, once decided, send your order by noon (GMT) the day before.
Deliveries only on weekdays from Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the delivery time.  At most, we deliver from our central warehouse in Hungary (Europe), so in case of orders from the European Union, there will be no other costs. For orders coming from outside the European Union, please check with your country's customs office or contact us at info@vwmodul.de If we can, we will help you with this. Your satisfaction is most important to us, please do not hesitate to contact us. The Vwmodul® sales team is at your disposal and will readily answer all your questions.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

The customer will receive a notification of shipment, which will also include a tracking number.

RIGHT OF RETURN

Vwmodul® complies with all legal requirements and carries out its activities by the Electronic Commerce Services Act.
The customer can renounce the purchase without further justification within 14 days from delivery. (Only if the product is unused, not assembled, plus the packaging should be undamaged and unopened).
In all cases, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred in returning the product. If the customer believes that they have received a defective or damaged product, after receipt please contact us within 28 days of delivery.
Based on the outcome of the inspection, we will make an appropriate decision to replace the product or refund the purchase price.
Please always contact us before returning anything. The customer is responsible for the appropriate return. The proof of parcel shipment is not identical to the proof of delivery! Only the product that has already been accepted by us against confirmation is considered as a returned product.
After dispatch, in the event of a problem arising through the fault of the customer (for example canceled order), Vwmodul® may charge the customer a 20% handling fee.
Please note that all spare parts are security marked. Any spare parts returned to us will be inspected. In case the spare part has been modified or has damaged the safety mark, the purchase price will not be refunded, plus the warranty will also be withdrawn.
The refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the return shipment.
We recommend that you check any replacement parts ordered before installation. If a spare part has already been installed in any way, Vwmodul® is not obliged to refund the purchase price.
If a spare part is defective, in any case, a mechanical test report will be made by an external "third party".
If the problem lies in the fact that the spare part has not been installed correctly, then the buyer loses the right to a refund. Vwmodul® is not responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the installation of the spare part, which is not done by professionals.
